Neuroglide Warranty
The following warranties do not cover normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage and are void if the device and/or the Back/Neck Pad are not used in accordance with the Neuroglide User Manual, are otherwise misused or modified in any way, and/or are repaired or altered by anyone other than an authorized service representative or Eva Medtec, Inc. These warranties expressly exclude transportation, shipping or insurance costs, or defects, damage or failure resulting from misuse, abuse, improper or abnormal usage or neglect.
Except for the following, Eva Medtec, Inc. makes no other warranty. The warranties set forth here are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, which are hereby disclaimed and excluded by Eva Medtec, including without limitation, any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or use and all obligations or liabilities on the part of Eva Medtec for damages arising out of or in connection with the use, repair or performance of the products. This warranty is available only to the original user and is not transferable.
Warranty for Home Use
Eva Medtec, Inc. a Minnesota corporation, provides warranty for the Neuroglide system. The Neuroglide Controller Unit is warranted to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of two-years from the date of purchase. The Neuroglide Back/Neck Pad is warranted to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of one-year from the date of purchase. All other accessories and supplies related to the use of the Neuroglide system are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one-year from the date of purchase.
Warranty for Clinical Use
Eva Medtec, Inc. a Minnesota corporation, provides warranty for the Neuroglide system. The Neuroglide Controller Unit is warranted to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of two-years from the date of purchase. The Neuroglide Back/Neck Pad is warranted to be free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. All other accessories and supplies related to the use of the Neuroglide system are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Equipment Lifetime
The average expected lifetime of the system is 4 years when used at 30 minutes per day and maintained as instructed.
Return Policy
Eva Medtec offers a 30-day refund return policy on its Neuroglide products. In the event you are not satisfied with your Neuroglide product, you will receive a refund less 10% restocking fee if you initiate a return within 30 days of your purchase. All Neuroglide returns are subject to the following conditions:
• You must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be eligible for a credit to your account. You will receive this number from customer service when you initiate a return.
Products returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization number will not be eligible for a full credit.
• Product must be returned in original packaging and in undamaged condition. Products received in a soiled condition or otherwise showing wear will be deemed “unacceptable” and you will be so notified by customer service.
• Returned products will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• If you refuse delivery for any reason, you will be refunded the cost of your purchase less shipping fees.
• All refunds will be posted to the credit card used for purchase within 5 days of receipt of returned product.
• Eva Medtec is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
