Clinically-validated pain relief
The Neuroglide Back/Neck Pad is an FDA-cleared device designed to help manage acute/chronic pain.

You're on the front lines of the battle against acute/chronic pain.
You know the daily challenges that your clients go through as they attempt to manage acute/chronic pain. Living with pain can be overwhelming—especially if patients have no reliable pain management solutions between appointments.
In the face of the ongoing opioid crisis, a growing number of patients are seeking non-pharmaceutical solutions to their acute/chronic pain—solutions that are effective and accessible from the comfort of their own home.
Until now, there have been very few clinically-validated, FDA-cleared pain relief devices available on the consumer market. Luckily, now there's Neuroglide: An at-home device that offers back/neck pain relief and activates the body’s natural ability to relax, relieve pain and recover.
Neuroglide's patented therapy solution supports a range of positive health outcomes.
The Neuroglide Back/Neck Pad is a new touch therapy system that is based on the principles of manual lymphatic drainage (MLD).
That means that Neuroglide doesn't apply aggressive pressure to deep tissues—instead, it is built on a gentle air channel system that generates waves of gliding pressure that travel up the back and neck.

A Pilot Study Evaluated the Effectiveness of Neuroglide
The Neuroglide device was used on patients in a clinical setting under the supervision of a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
Patients reported impressive results: reduced back pain, improved sleep, alleviated stress-headaches, reduced muscle spasms and reduced fibromyalgia and myalgia pain.
- A patient who was unable to lie flat due to pain found that Neuroglide reduced her need for narcotic medication and allowed her to sleep in a reclined position.
- A patient who had experienced a thoracic spine compression fracture found the use of the device to reduce muscle spasm pain in the upper back.
- A patient with lower extremity lymphedema and chronic back pain found the machine to reduce her back pain symptoms while providing a comforting massage.
- The device was very helpful for treating stress-related headaches. Clinicians used Neuroglide during down time so that they could return to work and finish their day.
Neuroglide has been shown to activate the body's natural ability to relax, relieve pain and improve sleep+.

Marked Improvements in Sleep Quality
In a pilot study, Neuroglide has been shown to have significant benefits, not only for pain reduction, but also for stress relief and restorative sleep.
In a study conducted by Eva Medtec, participants used a wearable device to monitor standard physiological measures of healthy stress response, relaxation and sleep quality, both before and after using a Neuroglide Back/Neck Pad. The study measured:
- RHR | resting heart rate
- HRV | heart rate variability
- REM sleep
- Deep sleep
- Light sleep
- RECOVERY | calculated as RHR + HRV + sleep
Neuroglide sleep data showed improved heart rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep consistency, and overall sleep efficiency. They also increased time spent in both REM and deep sleep.

MLD applied pressures reduce the activation of the sympathetic nervous system. The pressures that are applied to the body during MLD change the receptor potential of the mechanoreceptors in the skin.
Through the vegetative regulatory circuit, the central nervous system receives the information to reduce sympatheticotonia of the lymph vessels. As a result, when touched, action potential sent by the inhibiting synapsis can eliminate action potentials that are sent by the nociceptors (gate control theory), producing a pain-relieving effect.

In many cases, yes! In addition to OTC sales and clinician referrals, we are also accepting Neuroglide prescriptions for patients who have back/neck pain related to a workers’ compensation claim.
For orders related to workers’ comp claims, a physician should fax a prescription to Eva Medtec, Inc. at 952-479-7936. Workers’ compensation insurance companies must then give Eva Medtec prior authorization in order for a patient to receive a Neuroglide system.
Note: insurance companies approve the Neuroglide system on a case-by-case basis. Not all claims are guaranteed to be approved. Approval for prior authorization is not guaranteed.
